Every employee has a lifecycle. I build the systems that run it.
I’m Your Name, an identity & access management engineer. I design the provisioning and deprovisioning workflows that connect HR, identity, devices, and communication tools — so access shows up on day one and disappears the moment it should.
About
01I work at the point where HR, IT, and security overlap — the moment someone joins, changes roles, or leaves. That moment is where most access problems start: accounts that take a week to appear, licenses nobody remembers to cancel, a laptop that’s still enrolled six months after someone’s last day.
My job is to make that moment boring. A record changes in the HRIS, and everything downstream — identity, device, chat, calendar — follows automatically, in the right order, with a record of what happened and why.
